PotsDOCK Extreme Docking Station for 9575 Extreme

The Beam PotsDOCK Extreme, an Iridium 9575 dock, is a highly featured docking station for the Iridium 9575 handset that can be used in various maritime, transport or fixed site applications considerably extends the functionality of the 9575 handset.

The intelligent RJ11 / POTS interface enables standard corded, cordless or DECT handsets to be used or alternatively interfaced with a PBX system presenting standard ring, busy and dial tones. There is also a dedicated privacy handset that can be connected directly to the Dock.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer a standard flat rate shipping of 9.95 on most all items.

Getting all orders shipped out fast and efficiently is our top priority, orders will be processed and shipped usually by the next business day.  For customers in the USA expected delivery times are 3-5 days.  Our shipping facilities are located in Bayville, NJ. and Tampa, FL.  Currently we are only shipping within the United States.  

STANDARD DELIVERY
  • Up to 5 working days for delivery on in-stock items, subject to payment clearance.
  • All orders placed after 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following monday.

Returns

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return.  We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  Please, print off a return label and send back to the address mentioned above.  Customer's may also take packages to thier local post office to have shipping label created.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
